Q: Will transformational coaching & mentoring help me make
A: The answer to that is yes, although this does not happen over night and there needs to be a genuine desire and commitment to change by you.
Q: What if I don’t really know what the changes are that I want to make?
A: The process will identify what those changes are and the coach supports the client through to this awareness.
Q: How long does it take?
A: That depends on your starting point – and the changes we identify. Initially the approach is 6 hours being taken in 4 x 1.5 hour sessions and that may be enough.
If not, support can be extended to a 12 month period so the coach can fully support you through to success in the changes. Its like having your own ‘personal cheer leader’ supporting you throughout.
